They lost my bag that I left for a zip repair . It has almost been a year and management have yet to call us back regarding the lost bag. No compensation . Zero customer service from management . I would not recommend this shop if you want your item back We have complained over twenty times and have yet to be phoned back .....

Good service, affordable too. The telephone number doesn't seem to work though, which is a bit inconvenient.

Deposited my boyfriend's suit on a Friday and specified that we had a wedding on the Wednesday morning outside of London. We have been assured that the suit would be ready by Tuesday evening and alerted by a text message. Tuesday we haven't received any text messages and assumed it wasn't ready. We went to the shop at 10am which is when the shop opens and waited 20min and still no one was there and no one was answering the phone. In the end we were late to the wedding and my boyfriend didn't have the suit he needed. I will never use this shop again and would highly advise people to not use it if you have a tight dead line as they are not reliable.

Absolutely appalling service. Took a smart coat in to have it repaired (a clean seam rip and very small hole on the cuff) and was upsold a cleaning. When the coat came back, it had a very obvious new hole with a snag on the front panel. The coat had gone out for the original repairs, been sent back to the shop without cleaning due to the tailor saying it would be unwise as the hole on the cuff appeared to be moth damage. The shop manager did not consult me before sending the coat back out to be cleaned, telling their team it would be fine. It was put through a cleaning process and returned to me, a week late and damaged. When I complained and asked for a refund on the cleaning, one of the managers assured me it would be sent back to the tailor for a repair free of charge. However, on receiving the coat today (it is now nearly a month since I first dropped it off), I can see that the "repair" was merely filling the holes with thread. It is very visible and extremely shabby looking. I will have to take it for actual professional repairs as this place is anything but. I will never return, and have warned off everyone I know locally as this experience has been terrible. I am now out over 30 for the "service" of having my smartest coat ruined. Service: Alterations
