I wanted to hire a platform for some work in my house. I called the branch in Bow to enquire about the availability of a suitable product and spoke to a helpful person on the phone, who was able to advise me as to what I would need. He was fully aware of the fact that I am not a business customer. He advised me to visit the store with some ID so I could register for an account. We also discussed delivery options. When I visited the branch, I was advised that they were not willing to hire the item to me as this was only available for business customers. The person I spoke to indicated that he was the manager of the branch and was therefore responsible for making the decision - there was no-one else to speak to about the matter. I pointed out that this was different from what I had been told on the phone and asked if he was able to help. He just reiterated that he was not willing to hire the item to a private customer. They definitely had the platform available and I was left the impression that he could have chosen to help but had decided not to. It was therefore a waste of my time visiting, and I must say an odd way to run a company and to treat would-be customers.

Called few times didn't pick up so I decided to go in and ask if they had a power flush available. Staff were very helpful

Very good rental business, I was honestly impressed, I found the staff were excellent, professional, helpful, informative, both on the phone and on meeting in person when the items were delivered. All round good experience for me. You know what always helps? The prices of rentals are very reasonable. Great business
