I had high hopes for this salon as the space is quite nice and the front of house were friendly enough. But I feel obliged to let people know this isn't the salon to go to for lash extensions. I asked for classic set and showed the technician a photo of exact look i was going for which was long lashes with very minimal volume. During the service, the bed I was on would rock back and forth which made me extremely nervous as there were tweezers so close to my eye. Fix your bed ! A couple of times the technician would leave my lashes to dry, I suspect she popped out for a cigarette during my booking as most techs use a fan. A classic set should have a 1:1 lash ratio but despite the set taking just under 2 hours, I was given a rush job with multiple lashes glued on to each lash. I mentioned that I was experiencing some discomfort and she brushed it off as normal and to let her know if there are any issues. As I was flying out the next morning I couldn't return to have them removed but basically she applied some of the lashes with excess glue AND directly on my lash line. Amateur mistake that has cost me A LOT of my own lashes. I've added photos so you can see there are 5/6 lashes added to just 2 of my lashes. This isn't a classic set at all and the clumps of glue used irritated my eyes on holiday. Also the lashes where virtually the same length as my natural lashes, it wasn't what I asked for at all. I had my my nails done by manicure master Kateryna and absolutely loving it. She is careful and always keen on the best result! Also, the palette of colours is impressive. Highly recommended!

I was recommended to trust my haircut to Victoria, and I didn't regret it! She listened my preferences carefully and has done absolutely wonderful job! Also very kind person! Highly recommend

My hair was washed terribly by a woman who clearly isnt experienced in washing hair. I had extensions but my hair after the wash was a mess. I had to comb the hair myself majority of it because it was so tangled. Then after an hour, my hair is still not even half dried. Most salons in london even with extensions take a total of 1 hr and half for a wash and blow dry with styling. My hair was probably only 25% dried an hour in. I had to book another salon asap because at this rate i would he sitting here for another 2 hrs. I walked out with still wet hair. And they didnt even offer any type of discount but charged me full price. 55 despite my hair not even fully being dried or styled. Terrible place would not reccommend for hair styling or blow dry.
