I am new to London and tried a different nail salon before coming here. The previous location had horrible customer service, rushed me through my appointment and apparently they used a harmful product on my nails.
Mimi removed my old acrylic nail extensions and did a new set.
She was so kind, patient, and pleasant to talk too and she did such a great job on my nails! I absolutely love them!
She listened to the way I wanted my nails shaped and explained every step along the way and was always checking in with me.
This location will definitely be the one I always come back too for any nail services!
