EDIT!! Posting an update review to highlight to new potential customers. Having been a long standing customer its sad to write this however I do want to warn new customers. Time keeping is erratic and appointments will be rearranged without prior communication or a courtesy call / text. Her boyfriend/business partner will be in the salon during your whole appointment without any consideration for privacy or how this may make you uncomfortable- especially as they advertise a female only salon. Unprofessional behaviour by trying to involve me in personal financial matters. Salon is unkempt and dirty poses a health and safety risk to customers especially during covid. No signs of tools being santitised between customers. I have no idea whats causing the behaviour but the behaviour is unstable and Ive been treated badly for matters with clients Ive introduced to Gloria Avoid! I have been going to Gloria every month for over 5 years! I honestly wouldnt let anyone else touch my hairever! She is very professional and delivers what you want everytime. If you want little tweaks she is always happy to help and goes above and beyond. Gloria is my go too! If you havent booked indo it!
