Slowest service. They should closed down this branch. It is better for their reputation.

Went yesterday to pick up a parcel on the way to work around 2.45pm, sign saying closed, re-open at 3.30pm. Phoned the shop before returning today, to check they were open. Shop responded, confirming the post office part will be open till 5pm. After returning to the post office today, a little earlier around 2.15/2.30pm, again it was closed with a sign saying re-opens at 3.30pm. Opening times on the Internet and what the Nisa staff say on the phone are a little different. In fact there is a lot of different opening times on the Internet, and all are very different to the reality of actually going there, expecting to see it open, but instead seeing that it's closed. It's basically pot luck if it's open or not, will not be having my parcels sent here again...

As everyone else has said Asian woman Becki is beyond rude. Shouldnt be working here she is a disgrace. People like this shouldnt represent the Royal Mail, Ive contact the Post Office CEO to report her abusive behaviour. Its also quite clear shes writing her own fake reviews here which is beyond embarrassing - notice how all the reviews that are 5 star namecheck Becki and how great she is. Yikes.
