Nadine & Admac were fantastic! Over a 3 month period (x3 sessions pw). Nadine helped me hone in on weight training, and created a programme that worked around my busy work & travel schedule. She was so friendly, Knowledgeable & supportive. She helped me achieve my goal of losing 5kg, boosted my confidence and Im still able to keep it off today. Thanks so much Nadine & Admac I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others who need a bit of a PT push be it small or big changes

Kie is a great personal trainer; really motivating and with a great energy. He has tailored every class for me to allow different exercises to be done and to help with strengthening myself and my ability to weight lift.

I have been training with Kiefer at Admac Fitness for the last 3 months and it has been great! I contacted Admac fitness because I had sport and weight related goals that I was having difficulty achieving due to lack of motivation and direction when working out by myself. In our first session we discussed my goals, injuries and how I have trained previously. Kiefer listened carefully and we scheduled 3 sessions a week at fixed times but he is very flexible and can work around changes in my schedule. We also set nutrition targets which we keep track of weekly and these targets are updated based on the progress we make each month. Kiefer is very organised in our sessions and has everything ready as soon as I arrive. He is very relatable, down to earth and I enjoy our sessions every time. He pushes me every session and varies our workouts to keep them enjoyable! After 3 months of training, I have lost 9kgs but also increased strength and hit PBs in all areas which is great. I highly recommend Admac Fitness to everyone!
