        This practice has taken my records from the now-closed Scrivens in Catford. But they don't answer their phone. I quote: Thank you for contacting Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care. We acknowledge receipt of your email. Our offices will be closed for the bank holiday weekend and we will return on Tuesday 30 September. We will endeavor to action all general requests within 3 working days. Once completed we will not respond unless you request we do so. Complaints and queries will be completed and responded to and our findings will be available to you upon completion of this investigation. You should expect to receive a response within 10 working days. If the investigation takes longer, we will keep you informed. All request for copies of records requests will be completed within 30 days. Thank you for your patience.
