        TSN Team lead by Mercy Brown is a very professional and goals oriented Team! I participated in their beginners' workshop and I was amazed by the coaching style and high level of experience. I always wanted to learn how to lift like my Greek heroes of the Olympic Weights lifting Team and I couldn't make a better choice! I am continuing with Mercy and her team and what I like most is that in a busy class Mercy watch everyone, correct our posture/technique, push us to our limits and trust me she knows exactly what your limits are!!! That's unique and so charismatic of her. Her guidance and advice are piece of gold!!! I can't recommend enough the TSN team!!!
