My husband, dog and I just sold our first home with the support of Oliver Jaques. A huge thank you to Serkan and Rosalie for all of their help! All the way through, from valuing to listing and through the managing of viewings to offer, Serkan was hugely helpful and kept us informed of all developments. His knowledge of the listed building and the ongoing major works was also hugely helpful in getting our sale across the line as he supported us and our buyer. When it got closer to the sale, Rosalie took a lead in helping us navigate the final queries and supported us and the buyer in managing our respective solicitors and getting the sale through to exchange and a successful completion! I cannot stress how helpful this was, not only for helping the sale succeed, but also in helping both my husband and I to manage our stress! House moving is not an easy process and Rosalie also helped us keep our sellers estate agent and solicitor in the loop so that all 3 parties were aware of challenges as timelines slipped all the way through to completion! A huge thank you to you both for making the experience easier for us to manage alongside full time work!
