Rewritten

Rewritten has provided excellent customer service! Due to a mistake on the shipping company's end my address could not be identified and the delivery took quite a long time. As I needed a dress sooner, I had to go with another option unfortunately and never got to see the dresses. Christina from Rewritten has provided me with really great support throughout the process and has liaised with the shipping company to have the order returned back to them. In the end I was refunded the full amount (even for taxing and duties as it was an outside the UK delivery). Thanks again Christina for your help with this and next time I'd love to try on one of the Rewritten dresses :-)

Would highly recommend Rewritten for anyone looking for bridesmaid dresses. The dresses are beautiful quality and looked equally stunning on all my bridesmaids, who were all different sizes and each had different requests for their dress. Being able to order fabric swatches first, and to mix and match styles and colours was a real bonus. One of my bridesmaids even went on to use Rewritten for her own bridesmaid dresses, which I think says it all.

Had the BEST time trying on dresses at the studio with Meg. She really paid attention to what everyone did or didn't want, and made great suggestions when people were not feeling the dress they were in. Super easy to mix and match dresses, and great to be able to see everyone in them at once. Can't wait to see everyone in them on the big day. Thanks so much!

We had SUCH a great experience at Rewritten. The dresses are lovely and such high quality, Meg was perfect at organising six bridesmaids to get through all the dresses, and everyone found something they loved. Really recommend!

Unbelievably good customer service. Through no fault of their own one of my orders got lost by Evri. Rewritten replied very quickly to any email I sent them and got the replacements sorted ASAP. Couldnt have asked for more.
