One shop wanted to charge me 70.00 call out, just to tell me what was wrong with my washing machine, but the staff at Roman Road Bargain Store, asked me a series of questions over the phone, then asked me to turn my washing machine drum, so they could hear the sound over the phone, and they were able to tell me, straight away, for free what was wrong.
They then explained the cost of repair.
Followed by the cost of a new machine.
Let me think about it, and call them back.
I had a new washing machine installed the next day.
They even helped me put my oven door back on, after l had cleaned it.
Plus answered my question on a problem that I had with my fridge.
Friendly, caring, good value for money prices and efficient service.
Why would you go anywhere else.
