The guys there were really friendly and helpful - I arrived earlier than my time slot and they offered to get me done as soon as a slot was available, The whole process took about 1.5 hrs - there are numerous cafe's nearby in Roman Road
Make sure you bring your V5 document - as test cannot be done without it
My ULEZ status was updated immediately - and I never got charged the ULEZ charge for that day - which was a welcome surprize.
I registered my bike on the TFL Drive app
My bike is now congestion charge and ULEZ charge free
