        The nurses and reception staff give medical advice only a doctor should give. In my case (and I'm sure many more) this advice was wrong and resulted in a medical emergency. I had to make a formal complaint and report Ruston Street Clinic.

        Absolutely terrible it only is now. As Ive seen their replys to people that its your misunderstanding, Go and find another clinic. You need to take responsibility of the shambles this practice has become and not blame the patients. You should prioritise your patients as that is one of many things that means to being a doctor. Take peoples appointments and concerns seriously as cancer symptoms are something to take seriously.

        The worst receptionist. She tried giving me medical advice which is completely unacceptable. Shes not the GP and she has no right to be giving medical advice. She is unhelpful and rude.

        This clinic is so poorly run and they dont care about their patients. The reception staff are so rude, unhelpful and inconsiderate. They act like they have been hired specifically to not give out any appointments. Please hire some new staff who know how to show respect when speaking to people.
