Would NOT recommend. Went for a milkshake, oreo and reeces, a simple order turns into A mystery game on pricing as none of the pricing matched the menu at the shop. The staff will start using excuses by saying its "premium ingredients", but when asked questions about the fat content, air density, chocolate percentage of their gelato; they have absolutely no idea. Any poor excuse for the lack of logical pricing, for substandard product. Disappointing "premium" ice cream from the local cash curry wholesalers. If you actually want Premium gelato, then head to Venchi, made and churned in store with up to 90% coco with great customer service too. Now compare the quality with Dzrt excuse of premium, is it worth it... no. This place is only still operating because of uber eat customers can't see it in person before ordering. Terrible, you're better of going somewhere else.

Gave this place a chance despite the mixed reviews but shouldn't have bothered. The shop is just a shell for Uber Eats deliveries, which is fair enough but you can tell from the customer service that they don't see many customers in person. Asked to swap out vanilla ice cream for chocolate in an Oreo milkshake and was happy to pay extra for it but 3.50 on top when the milkshake itself is only 4.50? How does that make sense? Yet when my husband wanted to add in an extra flavour, it was only 1 more. Their reasoning was that the ice cream is more expensive than a chocolate flavouring, but clearly no account taken of the fact that the ice cream was being swapped, not added. No logic applied to their pricing and the prices on their menus aren't accurate. Wouldn't return.

BEST Dessert Place. I'm so glad I've discovered this place. Everything was fresh and Delicious. The milkshakes were rich in flavour. Recommend this place.

I had ordered a ferrero roche cheesecake via uber eats which i would assume is only made with hazelnuts and I am able to eat these nuts however when I began eating the cheesecake I developed an allergic reaction to the cheesecake meaning this contained peanuts WITHOUT stating this on the menu. My friend rang up to ask and they confirmed there was peanuts in this cheesecake, which then they replied do you want to change the cheesecake??? Luckily im only a mild allergen to peanuts so an anaphylactic shock was avoided. For anyone who has severe allergies though this may not be the case, and you could end up hospitalised or dead. Also to remind you it is illegal to not state on the menu of food items or ingredients to whether they contain peanuts or not. Will never be ordering here again. Edit due to your reply - I was told by the woman on the phone there was in fact peanuts in the cheesecake so if thats not an ingredient then why would I have been told that? Furthermore i have never had an issue with any of the ingredients listed so maybe you need to check your ingredients or the way you handle your ingredients as using the same spoon for the hazelnuts as well as the peanuts for example is included in the law of stating that the product MAY contain peanuts.
