        Charged for 3 hours cleaning of an Airbnb property where any clean in the past 3 years has never been more than 2 hours. Payment then made and threats of turning up to the property should payment not have been made. Terrible customer service and overcharged. Would not use again. Service: Standard cleaning

        Awful experience, avoid at all costs. Impossible to communicate with them, last minute changes and cancellations. They promised specific items would be ordered in advance, only to turn up on the day of the job without the right materials. Still chasing a refund of the deposit, haven't had a single response.

Hello, I really, really don't recommend contacting this company headed by Konstantins Sharipovs. These are scammers who cheat workers by not paying wages and clients, who are promised a lot, but do not fulfill their obligations. IF YOU APPRECIATE YOURSELF AND YOUR TIME, PLEASE BYPASS THIS COMPANY. IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO DELIVER A MINUS - 100, THIS COOPERATION WOULD DESERVE IT !!! SCAM !!!The rating that this company has knocked out for itself is dummy people and organizations - Steep Grup is one of Konstantin's companies. POSITIVE CUSTOMER REVIEWS IS A DECEPTION !!! STAMMERS!!!
