Jamie and his team were very friendly, polite, professional, careful about people's property, left things in a clean and tidy manner. We needed to replace current thermal storage cylinder with an indirect unvented cylinder. Jamie came very quickly and gave an accurate assessment of what needed to be done with excellent advice on how what needed to be changed and what didn't. He was not out to try and make money from you for changing things that didn't need it or overcharging. His pricing was clear and fair and he gave you options depending on your budget. He did the work in 2 days as he predicted and at the same time solved other tap related issues. He is very honest and hardworking and i trust him very much. Supply and fit a Worcester gas fired condensing system boiler (Greenstar 8000 Life). We were impressed by the clearest explanation of the reason for the boiler incident that led to us needing a replacement. The quote for boiler replacement was competitive and the work was done on time and to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the result.
