        Receptionists often get bad press, but the 2 ladies I met on Tuesday afternoon were both so very kind & caring. I was very upset, but they bent over backwards to help me, & explain lots of options I could explore. So helpful & supportive. Can't praise them enough. Thank you.

        Excellent Service Provider, staff are so kind, helpful and patient and friendly.Dr J Patel and Dr M Brownfield are superb, they are caring, supportive, encouraging and understanding. The Best GP I have ever had.

        Don't bother calling before 8.45am because no one will answer. Even though they tell you that you have to call this early to get an urgent appointment...

        If you make your call dead on 8 and get your call back the doctors are fab. Particularly Jay Patel who is so understanding and calming. Very happy with the practice.
