This is the best agent we have ever used, they came as a recommendation from someone else and as soon as we met Sue the manager we knew we would be in safe hands. Sue Vincent and the whole team are extremely honest, compassionate and supportive. They helped us to navigate a difficult housing market, they took care of our home, always removing shoes and wiping surfaces after doing viewings. They have been a massive support and I already miss dealing with them even though we are happy and settled in our new home. Many thanks to you all.

I have lived and worked in Kent for almost 40 years and had to sell my Mothers house in Bovey due to her ill health. I cannot praise Complete enough, feed back, visits to check house, meter readings etc. the list goes on. I have dealt with many agents in the course of my work and none of them are anywhere near Complete. Well done, and thank so much. It could have been very complicated being so far away without your excellent service.

Complete were terrific in helping us find a property. Agent Tracy Barnett contacted us almost immediately with a house that was almost perfect for what we wanted. Then she listened to the reasons it wasn't quite right and, on the second property she put forward, it perfectly fitted our criteria and we bought it. While we had to wait for a chain of buyers, everything eventually went through and Tracy was helpful the whole time. Thank you, Tracy!
