        These people are extremely rude especially the lady Jane Andrews. I wasn't able to have a civil conversation with her as she just shouted down the phone and put the phone down making it impossible to arrange an appointment with a confirmed time so I was unable to let the residents know when they coming. Extremely poor and unprofessional service. Will not be using these people again or recommending them to anyone. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
