Took my car for an MOT and service, took them a week to carry this out and when I called to chase I was met with a rude woman who tried to tell me it had been ready for days but I could see online they hadnt registered the mot so either a miscommunication or a lie. When I collected my car they told me they didnt have time to do the service. Also my EML was on with an apparent fault with the DPF, a regen didnt fix this and all I was told is that it would need to be sent off for analysis and its expensive, waited 2 weeks for a quote, nothing. Call them to remind them they said theyd be in touch with a quote, again nothing. Ended up taking it Seymours, 1 hour later I was informed all of the DPF issues was down to a split in the inter coolant pipe, a very common and easy to fix problem that causes DPF codes. How Sibleys didnt think or know to check this makes me wonder how skilled they actually are, along with the shoddy customer service, messing me around for months and not even servicing the car that I had booked in makes a 1 star review very generous.
