Ian is an unassuming master of his craft and it is clear from the outset that this very amiable, interesting and very knowledgeable man has a wealth of experience from his years in the Birmingham jewellery quarter. He made 4 x bespoke pendants - one for each of my granddaughters - with each pendant designed to reflect their individual tastes, styles and preferences. The finished pendants are breathtakingly beautiful, and my granddaughters LOVE them!!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ian for any jewellery work - he is exceptional a what he does.

Superb bespoke jeweller. Highly experienced and extremely helpful. Ian remodelled a gold bracelet for our daughter and the result was outstanding. It was gift wrapped beautifully in a hand made jewellery box made by Ians' wife. Ian is an extremely affable guy and he is so full of knowledge in his trade, built up on years of experience. Highly recommended for all jewellery requirements, especially bespoke jewellery.

Fantastic service from Ian, hes a real craftsman and provides brilliant, personal, customer service. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but he really helped guide us through the finer details, and the piece of jewellery he had made for us was better than wed ever expected. I would highly recommend Lasting Impressions, its a real gem!

I found Lasting Impressions around a month ago as I needed my usual engagement ring resizing and no one else would touch it. Ian invited me down to the shop for him to have a look and he happily took the job on for me and it turned out perfect. I have since been in touch for cleaning advise and he has been super helpful. Hes very knowledgeable and you can tell he absolutely knows what he is doing. I will be back in the future to have a wedding band made by him for sure!
