The Conservatory Group

Basically my experience of this company turned out to be a poor one. All ran smoothly until the point of delivery vital parts of the conservatory missing which not only did it delay the construction by 3 days at a cost to me. Some of the missing parts I had to source and purchase myself. When I asked for some sort of compensation I was basically dismissed by email saying they had done there job by getting parts they missed from the conservatory delivered to me free of charge ( 3 days later). Overall really disappointed

We are so thrilled with our new conservatory. I can honestly say that James is truly brilliant in his design technique and is polite, courteous and friendly. I have spoken to most of the team over the last few months and nothing has been too much trouble. I have already recommended this company to 2 friends and would have no hesitation in recommending both the product and the company to others. This conservatory is for my holiday cottage. The next will be for my house and I will definitely purchase from the Conservatory Group in Bovey Tracey. Thank you James, Alison, and Mark, you are doing a great job.

We approached this company for our DIY conservatory, they were local and allowed us to visit their factory, it was small but everyone was really friendly. James went through all the details and was brilliant with his technical support. Thank you The conservatory group, great product, fairly straight forward to put up, excellent service .... fab all round. I would highly recommend!

Guardian Solid roof. Originally found this company on eBay. Great communications from the start. As the company was quite local, I was able to have a visit to the factory. James was very help and answered all my questions regarding the manufacturering and installation process etc. I had walk around the factory etc. During the whole process everyone from the company has been very keen to assist me with any further questions. Highly recommend. Great before and after service provided.
