This is definitely the best place to visit in the Cotswolds and it's my 1st time visiting Bourton on the Water today (Tuesday) there is loads to see and do I recommend you go to the motor museum and the model village there brilliant places to visit and the Duke of Wellington pub for a pub stop the River is absolutely stunning with 5 bridges along it I had a walk along the river a few times and sat on the bench and watched the river rising also a few ducks about lovley little shops and cafes in the area too the little sweet shop Is a good one as it sells Rolys fudge I would love to come back one day I had a smashing day here today such a happy village

Visiting Bourton-on-the-Water is a must for any visitor to Cotswold. This market town offers everything to a visitor be it a refreshing stroll along the water way to model village, bird park garden, pub & restaurants, shopping or just have a laid back view of the Tourists who flock this place, for a very good reason. Will want to come back again & again.
