        Been using this little shop for the past 10 years every 6/8 weeks the service provided is fantastic its clear that she absolutely loves dogs also very friendly in fact I would call Jo a friend would highly recommend to anyone who wants a professional dog groomer

        Cheesed off went to shop today and was shut. Internet says open now close at 4pm. Waste of time

        Thought the woman was very rude we took our dog there to see about getting some accessories for him we stood at the door while she served another customer and she didnt even take any time to acknowledge us and said to the customer she was serving no I am closed great customer service NOT just plane rude. If she said Im sorry I am closed just dog grooming today I would have understood and carried on with my day but to not even acknowledge us really got to me would not recommend at all.

        We have been using Designer Pooch for almost 10 years. Jo is fantastic & our 2 little Bichon Maltese love going to see her & have their cut. Would definitely recommend her.
