        I have tried many different diets but the Cambridge diet seems to be the only one that has worked and I've really managed to stick to. The biggest help is having your own consultant supporting you, keeping you on track and holding you accountable when you fall off plan. Jemima is a brilliant weight loss consultant, is 100% supportive and helps you achieve your goals.
