Popped in today, all the items I looked at were well priced and very good clean items ( I mainly looked at clothes/bags etc) The staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. A lovely little shop.

Cosy charity shop, lots of women's clothing/accessories and a small selection of men's, all at good prices.

I have been going to charity shops for many years and I must say, I've never met such a rude, bad mannered and unfriendly shop assistant in my life! I greeted this lady with a smile and a polite ' hello' and she barely replied, with not even the slightest smile on her face. To think that this shop is situated in the beautiful Bourton-on- the Water, you would expect shop assistants to be more welcoming especially to tourists! I purchased a pair of sunglasses from the shop and realised they were damaged after leaving . I returned to the shop minutes later and politely made the lady aware of the problem. She refused to refund my money as she had put my receipt in the bin a few minutes earlier at my request, and said I could only have an exchange and she is not digging down the bin! I never asked her to do this, so why specify that, and why be so nasty? Horrible experience to say the least and I wont be going back there again I hope for Sue Ryder company that they ensure their employees are customer friendly, considerate and kind. If this is the same woman that a person complained about in a previous review, then the charity should consider getting rid of her as she damages the reputation of the shop. Some advise to that lady 'A smile goes a long way and is also a charity itself.

woman in store is not friendly. she leaves the costumer no options at all. tk think the amount of things i donated in this store. her name is not tess. as i know some of the staff there and most of them are friendly. if staff here dont want ro work just dont go to the shops. and i will tell all my friends not to drop anything from this shop starting today. bad charity shop if you can not do charity to others what is the point helping you. open till 4pm today! i dont know what are you taking about. i can give u 15 for 4?! the amount of things i have given this shop. well i dont want to say that but i will not support this shop anymore and alm my friends will be told aswell.
