Very helpful lady who explained that in the current situation stock is short with long delays on receiving items for dolls houses . And would contact us when item we required arrived .

Extremely rude woman who didn't even bother greeting us into the store and minutes later shouted at our son just because he was handling a gift (which he intended to buy!!!). Absolutely inappropriate and rude behaviour. From other reviews I can see we are not the only one who had the same experience.

Extremely rude to my wife and children (shes lucky I wasnt there, I would make her cry with my passive aggressive irony). Apparently my wife and kids should know the breed of the miniature mutts they wanted to buy and the one in the middle was not a sufficient answer to indicate which one of the three they wanted.

I recently purchased 2 jigsaws of local places from this shop. Having started one, when home, found an edge piece to be missing and also the quality of the board very poor. I contacted the manufacturer who stated that they were having problems with the board and also sent me a replacement. I also rang Duttons and asked if we could return the other for a refund. We arrived there today to be told that the young man selling them to her wasn't prepared to give a refund and was selling thousands of them. We left without any refund.Her attitude was appaling ,will never return to that shop

Only giving 1 star as no option for ZERO. Rude woman working here, actually made my 10yr old cry! Disgraceful attitude toward customers and should not be customer facing. We will never shop here again and I will make sure everyone I know in the area is aware of her so they are not spoken to as we were. Does not deserve the business
