        I called reception desk on Tuesday 10 of August at around 12pm and was shocked how receptionist answered the phone, she obviously had a bad day, however if you have bad day leave your problems at home, she spoke to me like I was a dog, unbelievable.

        Everyone at this practice is helpful and also friendly. Some achievement in these difficult COVID times. From the reception staff, nurses and doctors I think they are all first class. The Chemist have also been brilliant and are always there to help.
