        Called in today for emergency antibiotics, staying for a few days in the village. Receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic, got seen within 40 minutes. Dentist was knowledgeable and professional. Thank you both so much.

        I was made to feel very welcome at first by the receptionist who was very kind friendly and helpful and understanding of what needed to be done she explained what would be done and how much it would cost me. I went in to see the dentist however for my appointment and explained to him what was wrong and he came across as very cold and rude and made me feel the complete opposite to how I felt in the waiting area by the way he told me that he didn't serve nhs patients which I was already aware of and it made me feel really uncomfortable and like I had wasted his time and that I shouldnt of gone there to get treatment although it was needed. I think I will stay with NHS dentists from now on because of this experience.
