Contacted me late afternoon the day before the delivery date to tell me that 2 of the 4 cheeses I ordered were being substituted (for considerably less interesting options). Then contacted me 30 minutes later to tell me another of the cheeses was being substituted due to a 'website error'. Offered me 40 off a future shop as a resolution. I expressed my disappointment and was brusquely told that they could cancel the order and refund instead. No consideration for the fact that they left me without an order at short notice. One to avoid. Try L'affinage instead, i should have stuck with them in the first place as they've never let me down.
