Smart Utility Management

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! Be careful! Carl from Smart utility management sold me the contract with Haven power, with the best rates ever, 10,83p per kWh. Fantastic, isn't it? Unfortunately, he forgot to explain to me what a pass-through contract means. My usage was 800, and they charged me over 2k for it (additional charges hidden in pass through - words). It was tough for me to get this solved. Citizens - trading standards help me with it. Smart Utility management is not the company I would deal with. Broker hide important information, and then they have done nothing to help me with it. After my several phone calls, they told me they deal with it for three months - no changes. Shame that there are brokers like that to squeeze you and your wallet.

Company could be better with a decent regional managers that genuinely look after the welfare of the Sales force. Some very terrible and bullish manager in the company that the management not aware of.

Another "consultancy" that calls on working businesses completely unannounced and immediately demands audiences with senior management. Was far from impressed by the pushy area rep, who is clearly used to getting his way with the leads and didn't like being challenged - slunk off grumbling he'd come back some other day to "see if someone here is prepared to talk to me"(!) Unfortunately for you, no company owes you its time or money, so please spare us your attitude.

Just had a visit from bruce a travelling rep for smart utility management. Bruce had all the traits of a total scam artist with nothing more than common knowledge on energy. Do not trust this company!
