    Ive been doing 1:1 sessions with Sarah which are fantastic. Sarah is so knowledgable on how to tailor an individual programme for my needs ie toning up my tummy after having 2 babies & working on my tight hamstrings. Sarah is very patient about my lack of coordination with some exercises! Sarah has given me really useful nutritional advice & is fantastic at motivating me towards my goal. I also attend the beach club which I find really useful to build on & in addition to my individual workout. Thank you x

    I can not recommend Sarah highly enough! I messaged her through facebook one day saying I was rather unfit & needed help, also carrying hip issues. She met with me on a one to one basis and had a chat with me about my needs and I joined her Beachclub. Absolutely love her classes and my body is slowly getting stronger which is enabling me to do more. Sarah is very aware of everyones' individual needs and always offers alternatives to each exercise. Onwards & upwards for me. Thank you Sarah.

    I have done both 1:1 sessions and Beach Club with Sarah for over 6 months, both of which are brilliant! I have worked with a different PT previously but Sarah is far more knowledgeable and adaptable. She makes all of her exercises accessible but challenging for all and her specialist knowledge in women's fitness and post natal recovery is exceptional. The group sessions are friendly, fun and definitely make you feel it the next day! And what a location to do some exercise - sunrise on Southbourne beach - perfection!!

    I have done Sarah's Saturday morning beachclub for a while and absolutely love it. It's a great workout and a lovely way to start the weekend. The low impact exercises are great for all post natal mums, wherever you are on your 'journey'. I definitely feel stronger and this, and her evening postnatal class, have really helped my recovery after two children. Sarah is very knowledgeable on the fitness and nutrition side of things and offers a great package. The stretch videos always help with the stiff legs the next day!
