This is supposed to be a distributor and part of a Big Distribution Group (Staggs Group) and this distributor breached UK Trademarks of UK Companies and they sell their generic products on ebay under username overthemoontoys (Distributor but selling retail and breaching UK trademark of UK companies to try to move their stock of generic products they can't sell and they called themselves Distributor ) and using different ebay listings and use our pictures that we have paid Designers for our trademark product pictures. They had repeatedly been breaching UK trademarks and we will now start legal proceedings from our side. The pictures they are using on their ebay listings are the pictures of E-Deals foam balls but they are despatching a generic product and do ensure you check you have the E-Deals logo printed on the labels and check the E-Deals Foam Ball Pictures before you buy. E-Deals Branded Foam Balls are the best selling foam balls in UK but this company breached our UK Trademark and use E-Deals Foam Balls Pictures and send generic products. Update: A legal claim letter had now been prepared for damages to be paid as we had monitored the ebay sales of the Distributor when they had done the trademark infringement.
