They're Phentermine pills have very little to no effect on suppressing your appetite. You have to take up to 5 pills a day for any effect. Dont know if this substandard product is made this way on purpose or incompetence, but this is very expensive and distressing to customers.

This company deserves not one single star, very bad customer care and profit oriented. I was send medication that was expiring within 6 weeks, I raised a complaint and ask to reimburse my medication, they refused to do so. The company clearly has no health ethics, I will raised my complain to the CQC and other health bodies. Like most people I have a terrible year, I was made homeless and have great difficulties with my teenage son and therefore couldn't take the medication at the time. After finding somewhere for me and my children to live I contacted the company to let them know I was not happy they sell me medication with such short expiry date. It is absolutely disgusting that such a large organisation will trick and scam poor people's money, they know that most of there customers are desperate to loose weight so they use that to their advantage. This is disgusting behaviour from the slimming clinic as people pay a lot of money for these medication, profit over peoples health. Obviously profit is the company only interest as they dont care about loosing customer. I urge people not to use this company as they dont care about your health, they will sell you outdated medication in disguise. Utterly disgusting, should be ashamed of yourself. I should just say I had a call from a doctor today who was very nice and showed some understanding towards my complaint but unfortunately he wasn't able to help.

The staff and doctors at the Basildon Clinic are extremely friendly and put you at ease the minute you walk through the door. I cannot stress enough how well this diet has worked for me and how delighted the staff are when you've had a good week. I have already recommended 2 family members to join and continue to recommend to anyone that is struggling to lose weight and wants to join a friendly club that shows lots support to its members.
