        Rude reception lady. I was going to register with them but after talking to the receptionist it has put me off. I was asking her questions as my hamster is not well and I am trying to find a good and compassionate vet that will handle him with care but she was just giving me one worded, snotty answers like I was bothering her. Other reviews have mentioned rude staff so I am going elsewhere.
