Please be aware this is not a 70 year family company as still described...its now a chain vet surgery that is now very much money orientated. It is not the same company that was taken over by Lynwood and yet they still live off the reputation when the vets are all different people!

Absolutely shocking since its been taken over. Staff are useless, wanted me to go down with my pet guilt tripping me into being a bad person as I couldn't until 5pm onwards due to having pneumonia. We've since changed vets. Won't use ever again
