Ian was extremely helpful in updating an improving an existing telephone socket located in a very inconvenient place! He was informative and helpful with a broad knowledge base. Arrived promptly and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using Ian in the future with any telecom needs.

Excellent ,professional service to replace a faulty telephone box. This was a fairly urgent job and Ian came within an hour or so. Highly recommended.

Ian came out on Sunday to sort ot a problem with a digital phone service. He quickly diagnosed the problem, prepared the necessary parts and cables, fixed the problem, checked everything was working correctly. Really top quality service and a very reliable person. Happy to recommend him!
