If I have any queries it's one call and it's sorted. It has been really useful having a friendly, knowledgeable team to work with. I highly recommend them.

Running a 24 hour call centre means a modern, reliable and robust phone system is essential to our business. We switched to Smart Connect back in 2013 and its a decision we are very, very happy with! We cannot fault the system they have provided and on the very, very odd occasion we have had any minor queries we have always received an immediate response/resolution. We look forward to working with them for many more years to come and would not hesitate in recommending them. Superb service all round.

We always find Smart Connect are excellent to work with. The guys are hugely knowledgeable and always offer solutions in a polite, professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend and am happy to confirm that we will continue to use them as our Telecoms Provider for many years to come.

Smart Connect have provided us with a first class service for well over a decade. Originally they provided the telephone system only but in the end they took over the management of the telephone lines too as they are so much easier to deal with than the larger more well known company! If I have a query I know that I can email one of the guys and they always get back to me quickly, taking out the frustrations I used to experience with any line problems. Gone are the stressful days I used to have and I can relax in the knowledge that they are literally just on the end of the phone. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
