        Never used before but needed evening pick up from Hrow on Good Friday. Always a faint anxiety that a booked taxi wont turn up but from all my interaction with Richard when booking, I just sensed he was 100% reliable. And so he proved to be. Competitive price, reliable service, very customer focused attitude - a gem of a find in Bournemouth. I highly recommend! Service: Limousines

        First time we used Richards Taxis and it was a long drive from Bournemouth to Gatwick. Richard was very efficient and phoned the day before to check details and times. He arrived early, even though it was the middle of the night. He was very friendly and the drive was very smooth and safe. We will definitely use Richards Taxis again. Service: Limousines

        RUDE!! I called to pre book for a long journey, they answered and said we actually closed at 6pm and hung up!! Obviously I was supposed to have a crystal ball There loss of a 315 mile journey, RUDE ISNT THE WORD!! To add to your reply on this review, I wasnt on your web page for your number so didnt know you were closed, also your rudeness shows when your message to me was Dont need your business which is fantastic as you will never get it, have a lovely evening TO YOUR REPLY YOU WERE RUDE AS I STILL HAVE THE MESSAGES!!
