Originally purchased a 12K hot tub from these guy's no real issues. Went back to them to arrange for the hot tub to be moved to a new location. Chased and chased for a date, ignored emails and messages left on phone. Last email received was "leave it with me" some weeks ago. Got fed up with all the non replies and wasting my time, so I've uses another very professional company ...oh, cheaper too. Might be good in sales (which is where they make their profit), service, aftercare and support is rubbish.. Would be very cautious to use them.
