        Moved to what I thought would be the st leonards practice as it is a few yards away from me. Turns out the receptionists say doctors dont practice in there very much and I need to go to the sugery in boscombe. Would be helpful if they actually told new patients this, because the move now means going even further to a doctor than I was before. Such poor communication.

        Patient here on and off for 20+ years. Doctors are very good but the systems and processes compounded with receptionist staff that sometimes sound like you're burdening them make it bad. Also open your website to be accessed from abroad. I travel a lot and I can't use the website because its being blocked. If you want me to use the website make it easier?

        I have been a Gervis Road patient for years. However, I recently had an appointment at St Leonards with Dr Evans. Dr Evans is the nicest Dr that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is the an asset to the practice.

        Dr Katharine Evans was very friendly, helpful and human. Honestly it was the first time that I was attended in UK by a doctor of this level and I was very pleased. She requested my return at the reception with agility, I had no problems at the reception for this. The service was good, decisive and practical.
