        Highly recommended! Adam is full of knowledge, provides an excellent service and his prices are really good. I had pain in my right leg and back for years and wrote it off as part of the sport (kickboxing), at one point it was really bad so visited Adam & after his assessment he explained i had some problems with my hamstring and other areas that had tightened up due to another previous injury. After about 6 months the pain had gone, i continued to do the exercises he suggested and now i feel stronger and ready to start over again.
