Best reliable system about. Does everything you need and simply. Used this system for nearly 20 years and after trying others, this is really the only one that just does what you need. Might not be as sparkly and fancy as some of these new cloud based systems, but thats exactly what I love about it. It doesnt fail on you. MOST IMPORTANTLY. The support I have received from them over 20 years as been unbelievable. A massive thank you and special mention to the dream team KRIS AND LIZ who without them, i would have been in a pickle many a time. They really are fantastic. I cannot put into words how amazing they have been. They both deserve a medal for all their hard work! Only DOWNSIDE is that this is now being bought out by one of the big all dancing systems for which I have no interest in. Oh and a word to the people at the top at SALON GENIUS!!! A call or an email to properly explain this after 20 years would have been nice!!! Extremely disappointed from that side. The generic email did not explain that SALON GENIUS is going. Absolutely devastated. Not only to have to find out this way, but to lose a great system and some great friends that have been made along the way. So, Mr Jackson, if you read this. Maybe some of your loyal customers deserved a call.
