Started out well, however the standards have slowly declined. More staff are leaving due to poor conditions, nearly all of my appointments in the last year have been cancelled or rescheduled. Even the staff in the clinic are unhappy as they dont have a manager and the manager from the other clinic covering is unreachable. I have complained 3 times over the past 8 months and have heard nothing. The company itself do not care about client experience. Many of the friends I have referred have had similar or worse experience. Quite disappointed as they have had many lovely members of staff. Service: Bikini hair removal

I had my first laser session at sk:n yesterday, it was a smooth visit, reception desk very friendly, but more importantly the nurse Celainn (apologize if I misspelled it) was very professional, very patient and lovely. Explained every single step of the process, made sure I was okay throughout as it was a long session, and completely met my expectations as I used to have my laser sessions done back at home and i wanted to continue with the same course of treatment. Highly recommend the clinic. Service: Female body hair removal
