We have been customers for a couple of years. Simon and his team are professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. For example I cut one of the main wires one Fiday evening. It set the alarm ringing and I could not silence it. Simon drove across Bournemouth to fix it without any complaint. It was repaired shortly afterwards and by combining it with the annual service reducing the cost of my stupid mistake. A friendly, competent and professional team providing a reliable service.

Shocking accounts department. Fees they charge are made up or they don't make you aware of them. Work was decent but aftersales and accountancy is awful. I had to get the t&c's read by a solicitor as they trying to charge a fee I wasnt aware of. Use someone else if you can there are plenty others out there.
