Throop Learning Centre

I cannot rate this transition school highly enough! Both the headmistress and her staff have gone out of their way to help my son and myself through a very traumatic time. The school itself is a very nice small secure environment and I would like to thank everyone at the school for their patience, kindness and their willingness to help. The teachers have made it their business to try to find a way to connect with my son and for this reason alone I would recommend the school.

A ridiculous waste of time that forces people with severe anxiety to literally be PUNISHED. If you can't cope, it doesn't matter because "you're only there for 3 hours!" 3 hours of pure hell. If your son or daughter is forced to go to this learning centre, fight against it as best you can because this place does more bad than it does good. At the time of writing this, I'm being forced to go this learning centre and if there's still hope for your child to be going to a normal mainstream school then that's the best option before it's too late. If you don't take that option your child will be forced to go here and it really isn't worth all the stress that they get put under. This place is horrible and I can tell you that from personal experience. I can say with 100% honesty that I would rather kill myself than go to this learning centre.
