Sean Delaney Counselling & Couples Therapy

My partner & I went to see Sean for some couples therapy and found this extremely helpful for our relationship. Sean is great at getting to the core of your issues and helping you to understand this on a deeper level which has enabled us to communicate and understand each other much better than we ever have before. Highly recommend his services!

Sean really helped me with my relationship issues with my partner and also other problems I had from my past. I learnt coping mechanisms to cope with past trauma and my relationship with my partner. I have difficulty opening up but he helped me with these barriers and after a few sessions I was able to talk freely to him which I have not been able to do with anyone before. I highly recommend Sean.

Sean is very calm and understanding. His counselling room is comfortable and quiet, with good parking. I felt able to tell him what was going on for me and it really helped me clarify what I needed to change in my life. I had 6 sessions and it was money very well spent.
