Even one star is too much for such unprofessional " service ". Lack of respect for people's confidentiality, potential need to speak with somebody , lack of respect for dignity , for vulnerable human beings . Far away from punctuality, empathy , respect, common courtesy, decency of replying to any emails sent to them.

Simply not good. I was suffering with depression and related suicidal thoughts when I was referred here. After an intense phone call and an upsetting survery I had to fill out to assess my issues, my therapist told me he actually never reads the notes on a patient before meeting them; he had no idea why I was there and did not care. Of the sessions I had here, every single one was the same, where I would bring up an issue in my life and then have it turned into a joke. I struggle with taking myself and my problems seriously, but my therapist should not be spinning jokes at my expense. There was no follow-up whatsoever after I was discharged either. I waited 8 months for this service and all I got out of the sessions was a sense that I had wasted my time.

A horrendous experience and a complete failure by this service all before Ive even stepped through the door! I had an initial telephone assessment which was arduous and awful but nevertheless necessary. I was asked if I wanted details of my self referral and care with this service shared with my GP to which I specifically expressed absolutely NOT. Low and behold I can see on my GP portal a few days letter the very letter of referral and explaining the treatment I wanted from the service SHARED with my GP. AGAINST my consent. I immediately and angrily rang the service and spoke with a very empathetic and caring woman to be fair. I was apologised to but told she would be looking into it with her lead and Ill hear back with an explanation as to what occurred to allow this to happen and an official apology. A week on I have not heard back from her or ANYONE with even an apology or explanation. I am outraged and disgusted. This is the first time Ive ever reached out for help and support psychologically in my life, I already have zero trust in no one and Ive been failed utterly and treated like this? Without even a regard for my privacy and welfare and no call back apology? Upon reading the reviews here I am hardly surprised I underwent this experience and in reality I think I have had a narrow and lucky mental health escape! What a horrendous service by all thats meant to help those most in need. I cant even trust you before I step foot through your door!? Shame on you! As you simply cant be bothered as a service to apologise or contact me, I will in reciprocation also fail to alert you that I choose to withdraw from your service altogether as you have FAILED me and I have NO TRUST in you therefore no progress will be made and believe me this will be reported OFFICIALLY (as you failed me the grace period I gave you of a week). Utter shame on you!

Most frustrating website I have ever seen, you do not even have time to read the site because of an annoying chatbot keeps opening with a prefilled answer that you cannot change, guess that's a big no from me.

My assessment was done by a trainee. Had a very annoying repetitive response. Sounded as though he was reading from a script and waiting for me to finish so he could read the next part of his script. Was only concerned with their part which asks if you have or are considering taking your life- to cover their backs. If you answer no then no help offered just sent a link for another agency. After plucking up the courage to call them felt totally disillusioned. Wouldn't call again.
