Scott Castle

Been a tenant of Scott Castle for 12 years now and don't have a single complaint. Communication has always been excellent, the family have always been friendly and approachable; readily available to listen to and respond to any queries. Have never been charged an unreasonable fee as many estate agents do! Always get plenty of notice for any property checks which are never intrusive and only when necessary. Would recommend entirely.

Scott Castle respond quickly and are giving us at Crabton Close rd , the best level of service. They attend to all issues without delay and provide us with a very professional management.

I had 8 happy years renting through Scott Castle, anytime you phoned the office they were always friendly and helpful and professional. Any issues were always dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I can honestly say that I would 100% recommend Scott Castle as from the very first contact with Rob 8 years ago they have always provided excellent service and have always been very friendly. Unfortunately the landlords of my flat have decided to change management companies and the new company immediately made me feel unwelcome and are very unprofessional so I am going to look at the option of moving and if Scott Castle have a suitable property available I will not hesitate to go back to them.

We have been a tenant for over 3 years and if there has ever been a problem thats needing sorting Rob from Scott Castle has always been on it straight away cant thank him enough for everything he does and the team.
